Large-Scale Project on Uznadze Street: Renovo Actively Carries Out Works on a 16,000 m² Facility

Fit-out company Renovo continues work on a major new project located on Uznadze Street. Full renovation and finishing works are currently underway across a total area of 16,000 square meters, which will combine hotel and co-living spaces.

The preparatory phase and sample approval process have been successfully completed, moving the project into an active operational stage. Currently, interior finishing processes are being intensively carried out on site, including painting, installation of ceramic tiles, Armstrong ceilings, and floor coverings.

The complex infrastructure includes:

• 225 rooms for hotel and co-living areas;
• Central lobby and hallway spaces;
• Library, kitchen, and dining zones;
• Laundry, parking area, and technical rooms.

Throughout the implementation process, the Renovo team pays special attention to the harmonious synchronization of modern architectural design with the historical urban environment of Uznadze Street. Strict monitoring at every stage ensures a high standard of quality and the delivery of the project strictly within agreed deadlines.
